OUR STORY

We came to the United States in 2000 and began our business by buying gas stations in Indiana. Over time, we grew rapidly in this business and now own and manage several gas stations in the
Fort Wayne area. We then built a high-tech laundromat from the ground up. In 2014, we purchased 40 SFRs in Indiana, this was awesome immediate cash flowing deal. We quickly learned the benefits of investing in Multifamily in order to build long-term sustainable wealth while also saving on taxes.
From there, we partnered in Ten Apartment Properties in five different states with five very reputed sponsors across the nation!

Our Mission

We help busy high net-worth individuals to invest passively in hassle-free, income producing, risk adjusted multifamily properties in the best emerging markets in the United States. Creating a cash flows so that our investors may pursue other passions and have more freedom in life!

Our Vision

The country needs at least 4.6 million new apartments by 2030
But getting there won’t be easy. It is time to take action across the country, in ways that are tailored to the needs of each community. The apartment industry stands ready to work with urban, suburban and rural communities in every region to meet the housing demand of Americans across all income levels.
