In 2014, a pivotal moment came with the acquisition of 40 SFRs in Indiana, setting the stage for our focus on strategic investments. Recognizing the potential of multifamily properties, we partnered in ten apartment properties across five states with reputable sponsors, solidifying our commitment to long-term wealth and tax optimization.
